During normal business hours:

If you have a true medical emergency when the hospital is open we will do everything we can to attend to you and your pet as soon as possible. Please call ahead at (805) 984-9868 so that we may be prepared for your arrival.

After normal business hours:

Sometimes it is difficult to determine what is a true emergency. We believe it is important to be able to discuss your pet’s condition with one of our doctors for your own peace of mind. What you may perceive as an emergency may actually be able to wait until the following day. On the other hand, what you might perceive as a minor problem may indeed require immediate medical attention.

After hours please call our office at (805) 984-9868. When possible you will be connected to one of our doctors through our answering service. However, if it is after 9:00 PM or on a holiday, the answering service may directly refer you to one of the following pet emergency facilities:
